For centuries the Church has followed a Daily Pattern of prayer, providing a framework for people to worship God, to read from his word and to offer up prayers of concern to him.
At St Michael’s we say Morning Prayer daily at 9am and Evening Prayer at 5.30pm. You are invited to join in from wherever you are. You can find 2 orders of service below, one for Morning and the other Evening prayer. Also on this page are the set lectionary readings for the day which can be used during the act of prayer.
MORNING PRAYER SHEET EVENING PRAYER SHEET (Updated on 28th November)
In addition to Morning and Evening Prayer, Night Prayer (Compline) can be said during the late evening, as the final act of the day. Below are three different orders of service for Compline.
Prayer Cycle
We have developed a Prayer Cycle for use in the Parish of Bramhall. For each day of the month there are suggestions of people, places and issues you could pray for. You can download the Cycle below.
