You are invited to join us as we celebrate Christmas.
We’d love you to join us.

A fun, interactive, family orientated service getting ready for all the fun of Christmas. Carols, drama and laughter. This service will also include communion. Come dressed as your favourite nativity story character and join in the retelling of the story.
Sunday 16th December, 6.30pm – Festival of Carols
Our annual candlelit carol service where we will be singing all the favourite traditional carols while retelling the Christmas story. There will be refreshments following this service.
Thursday 20th December, 7pm – Campfire Carols
A new Christmas event for St. Michaels. Join us round the campfire with hot chocolate and marshmallows to sing some carols. Bring all the family and don’t forget to wrap up warm.
Monday 24th December, 3pm and 5pm – Christingle Service
We celebrate the arrival of Christmas Eve with our popular Christingle service thinking about what the Christmas story means to us today. Full of carols, fun and community spirit, be sure to arrive early to get a seat and join in with the musical sing-a-long. Be sure to come wearing your favourite Christmas jumper to add to the occasion.
This year there will be two services due to the popularity of this service. Once all the seats are gone we will have to close the doors for safety reasons. Doors will open half an hour before the service starts.
Monday 24th December, 11.30pm – Midnight Communion
Join us as we welcome in Christmas day with a celebratory communion service, reflecting on what it must have been like to be involved in the story of Jesus’ birth 2000 years ago and singing many of the favourite Christmas carols.
Tuesday 25th December, 10am – Christmas Communion
We celebrate the joy of God’s gift to us with Jesus, with a family communion service and carols lasting just over an hour.
