Breath-taking Flower Arrangements at Bramhall St Michaels
Bramhall St Michaels Flower Club has about 24 members. Most of our members arrange flowers, some help in setting up pedestals, and some kindly help clear up after the messy flower arrangers!!!!
We regularly arrange flowers for weddings, sometimes for funerals, and maybe also for baptisms. Flowers are always arranged at both church altars of Bramhall St Michaels, often either in memory of a loved one or to mark a particular special occasion for someone, perhaps an important wedding anniversary or such like. Otherwise a member will generally supply the flowers and do the arrangement themselves, since we have a rota drawn up to cover the church year. The busiest times, when hopefully all members are available, tend to be Easter, Dedication, Patronal, Harvest and Christmas. There are always members of the Flower Club at Church on a Friday morning arranging flowers between 10am and 12 noon. We welcome anyone interested in flowers and there are always small arrangements beginners can help with. For anyone interested in learning more about us, please contact us and Val Huxley will be in touch.
